Eames House Bird on Orange metal print by Donna Mibus. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Charles and Ray Eames collected numerous objects from their travels, such as a carved wooden bird from the Appalachian Mountains. It adorned their living room for over fifty years. Later, Vitra would produce replicas of the Eames House Bird in Germany. I have featured it by itself because I think it's beautiful enough to stand alone. Available on various colored backgrounds.
