Companion piece to Line Drawing Botanical 1.
Mid century modern inspired watercolor featuring horizontal bars in shades of blue, green and purple with a botanical line drawing in ink. It's fun doodling, and I especially love drawing imaginary plants. I may not have a green thumb, but I can create my own beautiful garden in my mind through my doodling.
This is a watercolor painting I created while participating in an art Challenge with other artists here at Fineartamerica. Our goal is to create a brand new piece of art each day for six days straight. The theme for this Challenge is the color BLUE. I will be creating watercolor paintings for the challenge as I aim to improve my watercolor skills. This is Day 2.
