My black cats love spooky television shows. One of their favorites is Dark Shadows. The gothic soap opera aired from the mid 60s to the early 70s. My cats recently discovered reruns and are hooked. I remember Dark Shadows as a child, though I never watched it back then. My Aunt Sadie watched it faithfully and I happened to see the opening once. Ocean waves crashed upon a rocky shoreline, and then this black ominous looking silhouette of a house came onto the screen. It looked so scary! My husband and I discovered the reruns recently and just like my cats we are hooked. If you have never seen it, I recommend it! What ghoulish fun! Design copyright Donna Mibus.
