Description
Remember the Alamo! That's what my black cat has been thinking ever since he saw it. The Alamo is a historic Spanish mission and fortress compound founded in the 18th century by Roman Catholic missionaries in what is now San Antonio, Texas. It was the site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, where American folk heroes James Bowie and Davy Crockett died. Today it is a museum in the Alamo Plaza Historic District and a part of the San Antonio Missions World Heritage Site. I remember visiting the Alamo with my mother and sisters as a child. I've uploaded the photo if you'd care to look. https://fineartamerica.com/featured/me-visiting-the-alamo-as-a-kid-donna-mibus.html?newartwork=true
Be sure to see all locations my black cat has visited. You can find them here: https://donna-mibus.pixels.com/collections/travel+cat
I created this digital art for a 5 day Challenge I'm participating in at Fineartamerica with other artists. The theme is architecture. This is my Day 4.
