After Jesus was born in Bethlehem, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.” This star they had seen went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where Jesus was. What an amazing site that must have been! I wish I could have stood where my black cat stands and witnessed that star as it shined down over the little town of Bethlehem where Jesus was. From my Holiday Card Collection, this lovely Star of Bethlehem design is available in both a purple background and gray. A print version is also available without the words. You can find it in the Travel Cat Collection. I wish you all a blessed Christmas!
