Description
I drew another version of this whimsical dog back in 1998 for my sister. She is nuts about dogs. I don't know that's it's supposed to be any specific breed. Looking at it today I'd say it resembles my sister-in-law's Shih Tzu. He often has his hair tied up in a little rubber band on the top of his cute head.
