Artist's Description
My beautiful black cat sits on a table next to a turquoise blue table lamp. He heard it was called a beehive lamp, but he's never once seen a bee fly out of it. Next to him stands a small tiki statue carved from wood. His owners brought it back from their visit to a small Polynesian island in the South Pacific. They were told that tiki statues represent a Polynesian god.
This painting was my Day 29 entry in the 100 day challenge I'm participating in at Fineartamerica with other artists. It was hand painted using acrylics on an 8" X 10" canvas board.
